Reservations are charged an advance deposit totalling one night's stay or 50% of the room charges for multiple night stays. Any balance is paid at check-out. Your reservation confirmation is emailed upon receipt of your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and checks with proper ID are welcome.
Our rates include a full gourmet breakfast and appetizers and beverages each afternoon of your stay. Rates are for two people per room. For additional guests per room add $50.00 each. Local taxes (13%) are not included in room rates. A two night minimum on weekends and holidays may be required.
: We also offer gift certificates for purchase. Please call 877-573-0046 or 817-573-0046 for more information. Gift certificates are redeemable based on room availability. Gift certificates expire after one year following the date of purchase.

- Cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival - 100% refund of advance deposit
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% refund of advance deposit
- Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival - no refund
A $25 cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations.
: The Inn on Lake Granbury does not accommodate children unless the entire Inn is booked for a private event, such as a Wedding or Reunion. We are a smoke-free inn – smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas (no smoking in rooms or on patios or balconies). A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance or if the room smells of smoke. Pets cannot be accommodated.
