Granbury area restaurants offer American, Italian, Mexican, Japanese Steak, and exceptional Texas ranch-style cuisine. The Historic Town Square also has a wonderful sandwich and ice cream shop accented with rock and roll themes and a “merry heart tea room” that serves a wide range of salads, sandwiches, and unique lunch dishes.
If you have an adventurous spirit, you’ll find ample opportunities to exercise your mind and body. Rent a jet ski, boat, or kayak from local companies and enjoy the fun on sparkling Lake Granbury. Enjoy one of our nearby championship golf courses, or take a bicycle ride on the hike and bike trail or through rolling hills.
If you enjoy wine tasting, be sure to check out Barking Rocks Winery just north of town or Bluff Dale Winery to the west of Granbury. Both specialize in Texas wines and often have weekend musicians or concerts in the afternoon or evenings.

There are a number of restaurants within a short drive or walking distance from the Inn to the Historic Town Square. Some downtown favorites include Joe's Pasta and The Brazos Smokehouse – a steak, salmon, and restaurant on the Square. Others include Grady's Line Camp Steakhouse (just outside of town), Miyako Japanese Steakhouse, Mi Familia Mexican, Buffalo Gap Steakhouse and Cantina, and Let's Eat, a quaint "steak diner" in nearby Bluff Dale.

Historic Granbury Opera House
Built in 1886, the Opera House Theatre was restored and reopened its doors to professional, live theater in 1975. The Opera House Theatre features favorite musicals and plays 11 months out of the year. Ticket prices from $20-$34 per person. 866-572-0881
