Meeting room configurations can be u-shape, boardroom, classroom, banquet style, theater style, or closed square. We can arrange for any types of chairs, from ones pictured above, to padded conference chairs and executive high back boardroom chairs.

Common uses for our North Texas retreat center are sales meetings, family reunions, executive retreats, birthday or anniversary parties, scrapbooking clubs, etc. Groups to the Inn have included Fortune 1000 businesses, business start-ups, non-profits, churches, and universities, among others. Many of our groups stay multiple nights and prefer to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Inn.

Pricing for additional food and beverage options is on a per-person basis. Lunch or dinner can be added upon request. We would also be happy to arrange team-building activities, shopping or wine tasting outings, and area excursions.
