Chef Asdren Azemi of Fort Worth’s Ruffino’s Italian Restaurant is returning to the Inn on Lake Granbury, a Bed & Breakfast in Granbury, Texas, for two Holiday Dinners in December. The four course dinner with wine pairings will be prepared and presented tableside by Chef Asdren. The first dinner is on December 10, 2010 with seating available at 7:30 p.m., and the second dinner is on December 17, 2010 with seatings available at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

First Course: Rabbit Ravioli with Savoy Cabbage, finished with a Rabbit Jus, perfectly paired with a glass of Lunetta Prosecco

Second Course: Braised Pork Ribs with Creamed Winter Vegetables, complimented with a Sonoma Cutrer, Russian River Valley, Chardonnay

Third Course: Cherry Duck Breast on a Crisp Apple & Celeriac Salad, enhanced with a Byron, Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir

Dessert: PlumRice Pudding and Pizzelle Cookies, with a perfect Taylor Fladgate, Ten Year Tawny Port to finish
