We are excited to announce this month’s cooking class with Chef Lou Lambert.  Lou is the chef of Lambert’s in Fort Worth, Texas.  Lambert specializes in steaks and seafood, making October 18ths cooking class, worthy to attend.  The menu includes:

-foie gras mousseline & fig jam on brioche toast

-hot smoked salmon croustade with cucumber cream

-Lambert’s chopped salad with pickled Cajun shrimp

-bock braised beef short ribs with green chili grits

-blackberry cake cobbler with chantilly cream


The meal will be paired with the wonderful beers of Rarh & Sons Brewery.
