When you stay at our Granbury bed and breakfast, you will be treated to a full breakfast each morning, and appetizers and wine in the late afternoon – all included with your stay with us.
The Inn has won numerous awards from Dallas-Fort Worth food writers for its sweet and savory breakfast dishes. Some of the guest favorites include upside down banana walnut french toast, blueberry blintz souffle, green chile cheese grits, or sausage pancake bake drizzled with maple syrup. All of our breakfasts also include an egg dish, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit with yogurt, and bottomless coffee and juice.
The Inn is also praised for its chef’s creations for our groups. Chef Wolfgang Weichert is on staff to create delicious lunches and dinners for our retreat groups and weddings. Chef “Wolfi” is a renowned chef across the U.S. He has been the executive chef for a number of five star restaurants, and was honored to have been part of the chef catering team for Presidents GW Bush, Clinton, and Obama. Chef “Wolfi”s lunch and dinner selections continually wow our groups.
