A native Texan, Chef Courtney launched The Fusion Table in Temecula, CA in 2014. Her wide-ranging experience, top-notch guest services and love of all things food quickly flourished into a much larger vision.
In 2018, Chef Courtney and her family relocated home to Texas and chose to plant roots in Granbury. The next step?
The Fusion Table is going brick and mortar, opening off the Historic Granbury Square, February 2020. The new suite, in a historical building that was once an art gallery, will host a unique private culinary studio, cooking school, and private dining venue. The Fusion Table team is excited to bring this experience to you!

Gourmet Vacation Cooking Classes for All Interest Levels
The huge appeal of The Fusion Table is how it so beautifully meets all cooking interest levels. Whether you’re a beginner or you’re an experienced cook who wants to broaden your skills, you’ll find a small, intimate class for your skill level.
But that’s not even the best part.
There are classes for every type of personal cooking interest, even date night cooking classes! With classes for teens, adults, and couples, the range of gourmet meals you can learn to prepare is almost endless.
From a nice entree to three or four-course dishes, you’ll make your entire meal. Then sit down with the rest of your cooking mates and enjoy what you just created.
What’s on the Menu at The Fusion Table
Every dish you prepare during your 2 ½ to 3-hour class is made with ingredients you can easily find in your local grocery store or farmer’s market.
You’ll not only have fun, but you’ll learn about the nutrition of the food you’re preparing as well as the history. These are classes made to be enjoyed with the results allowing you to cook the dish at home or prepare for friends.
And, oh, the cuisines you can learn to prepare!
Here’s a sampling: Italian, Spanish, French, Thai, Latin American, Mexican, Rustic American, Indian and Fusion Cuisines.
Under the skillful hand of your instructor, you’ll learn proper knife skills, cooking techniques, and use a variety of equipment most of us have in our own kitchens.
Learn how to properly prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and vegetarian meals.
You can also find a class where handcrafted pasta, cheeses, doughs, breads, and desserts may be on the menu. Each month there are 30 different classes to choose from.
Each instructor writes her own “made from scratch” class. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

All the instructors at the school have different cooking styles so you can choose which style of credentialed chef instructor you want to have.

Open every Saturday night from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m., enjoy private dining at its finest. The Fusion Table designs these dinners every month, and they are never the same.
Just like with the cooking school, dishes are prepared from countries around the globe.
