Eric Hunter, from the Fire Oak Grill in Weatherford, will be the featured chef on September 20, 2011. Along with him will be Dana Schrick and Dr. Bobby Smith of La Buena Vida Vineyards in Springtown.

The month’s menu selections will include:
-Rustic breads and Dr. Smith’s artesian cheeses
