If you are looking for a unique alternative to a Valentine’s Day dinner at your favorite restaurant, join us at the Inn on Lake Granbury for our gourmet cooking class and dinner with Chef Asdren Azemi of Ruffino’s Restaurant (Fort Worth) on February 15th. Chef Asdren is returning to join us along with Tarelton’s Langdon Center and the Panhandle to prepare, discuss, and present a scrumptious 4 course dinner.  As an exceptional bonus to the evening, Mac MacDonald, the winemaker of Vision Cellars of Sonoma Valley, will be pairing his exquisite wines from their cellars with each course.   And to finish the evening perfectly, we are offering a 25% discount on any available room or suite at the Inn that night (for more information please call the Inn at 817-573-0046 or visit our Calendar page).

Chef Asdren will demonstrate the preparation of each course, while discussing the finer points of creating the dish. Then, when the guests are being presented with the course, Mac MacDonald will highlight the best features of the wine paired with that selection.
