We are excited to be gearing up for our next cooking class at the Inn on Lake Granbury, starting on May 24th with Executive Chef Brian Olenjack of Olenjack’s Grille in Arlington, Texas. We are already getting reservations for this evening, so call ahead to reserve as seating is limited.
The cooking class on May 24th will feature:
- Crab & Smoked Slamon Cakes with Mustard Sauce paired with Fuzelo Vinho Verde, 2010
- Grilled TOmato Gazpacko paired iwth Alandra White NV
- Olenjack’s Famous Shrimp & Grits complimented with an Alandra Red NV
- Strawberry Shortcake with Barros Port
