Inspired by the 1847 Colt Walker, Revolver Brewing is located only a short distance from our inn. Just as the famous gun was a first of its kind and packed a powerful punch, this brewery’s goal is to be original and stand Texas proud in producing amazing beers. They are certainly a local go-to for a good time. There are live music events on Saturdays and always new brews to try. Events Every Saturday

Revolver Brewing is proud to host their Saturday event every week that features, food, music, and of course, lots of good beer. The event is from 11 am to 6 pm to allow for ample time to enjoy. If you would like to drink and are 21+ years of age, wristbands are only $15 at the door. However, if you’re not drinking there is no need to purchase a wristband. Six, 8oz samplers will be provided to guests who arrive before 4 pm and four samplers to the late-comers who arrive after 4 pm. A food truck will be parked at the event for snacking. Also, you are welcome to bring your own picnic if you wish — just no outside alcohol, please! You don’t have to leave your furry friend at home either. Dogs are welcome to the event.

Beers Available Year-Round

The brewery has five distinct beers that are produced and available year round. They include:

  • Blood & Honey: A Texas Ale that’s finished with some spices, blood orange peel, and sweetened with a little honey.
  • Blood & Honey Citrus Blonde: A Blonde Ale that also includes blood orange to highten the citrusy flavor.
  • Dem Berries: A Blueberry Wheat Beer that highlights the fruitiness of dat dem berries.
  • Ya’ll’s Bock: A Texas-style Bock that just beckons you to try it, especially if you love caramel and toffee.
  • 817 Blonde: Another Blonde Ale that gets its flavor from all things in the 817 area code.

Seasonal Brews

Brewhouse Series

Currently listed under the Brewhouse Series is the “Fire Ground Vanilla Coffee Stou.” This beer emulates a coffee flavor with a silky smooth finish. If you’re a coffee drinker then make sure to give this one a try.

Rarewood Barrel-Aged

Five different beers have been aged in barrels that were used for red wine, bourbon, chardonnay, and more. The aging process gives these brews a unique flavor that cannot be copied any other way. Aged from a few months to over a year, each beer is a little something special.
